• 🧸 Sensory toys must be unopened (hygiene)
• 📝 Add your order number inside the parcel
• 📦 Item should be in its original packaging

💸 Refunds

• ⏳ Refunds processed 5–7 business days after we receive your return
• 💳 Sent to your original payment method

⚠️ Faulty or Incorrect Items

• ❌ If something arrives faulty or incorrect, contact us within 7 days and we’ll fix it quickly

📮 How to Return

• 🚚 Send items back using a tracked service
• 💵 Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty
